• Question: is there any planets whereb they can feel it moving

      Hi,

      That’s an interesting question and not one I know the exact answer to. But let’s try and work it out.

      Did you know that the Earth is spinning at a speed of about 1000 miles per hour? That’s awfully fast! So why don’t we feel it is moving? Well, the simple answer to that is because we are moving along with it too. When you are on plane, you may not feel it but you are actually flying at very fast speeds, sometimes at 500 miles per hour! But you don’t realise this because you are inside the plane moving along with it.

      So, to be able to feel a planet moving you would need to either separate yourself from the planet and watch it whooosh away from underneath you … I would not advise you to do this as it would lead to certain death! Also, I think it may not even be possible to do it anyway 😛
