      This is what my research group is studying! A bacteria called Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus can kill lots of bacteria in the Gram negative group- some of these are harmless and some of these can cause disease in humans, animals and plants. We need to work out how to make it so Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus only kills the bad bacteria and leave our good bacteria alone. Also we need to do lots of tests to make sure Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus is super safe for use.
