      Hi

      I got my job because I did a degree at university in microbiology- which is all about studying bacteria.
      During my final year of studying I filled out lots of application forms for ‘PhDs’ which is where you get to be a scientist in a lab and investigate one usually quite small area of science.
      Then I had an interview and they liked me and thought I had enough skills to be a scientist so I got offered the job! 🙂
